I have worked with every type of athlete from recreational to pro. I have also worked with althetes of all ages and ability (you are never too old- or young- to start!).

COLLEGE

 

The majority of my college days were spent in a dance studio. I have studied Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz and Ballroom. When not in a studio, I taught rock climbing. Variety is key in fitness: never let your body get used to your workouts. Constant variation=constant improvment! #MoveTheChains

HOW I TRAIN MYSELF

 

You will be hard-pressed to find me doing the same workout repeatedly. In any given week, I am a Boxer, Kickboxer, Heavy Lifter, Dancer and Rock Climber. If you are really lucky, you might even catch me logging miles on some beautiful trail somewhere. That said, your workouts will be changing all the time. This is a lifestyle. Let's have some fun! :D
