Everyone loves options!

One-On-One Personal Training
  • 16-18 Monthly Workouts organized by body part for full-body conditioning. You will train each major muscle group once per week with 1-2 added cardio days as needed (varies by goal).

  • Meal Plan Recommendations based on interests, allergies and preference (NOTE: we are not registered dietians).

  • Weekly Check-Ins: Progress photos, measurements (and weight if desired) and food logs.

  • Unlimited email contact for support, motivation, questions and general "therapy"!

  • Training will begin after completion of your Client Info sheet.

  • First Month: $275 (Includes Personalized Playbook to log your food and workouts!)

  • Every Month After: $200

No Gym? No Problem!
  • Everything that is included in One-On-One Personal Training but tailored for your home/travel location!

  • Weekly emails and check-in are required especially if you have extremely limited space or time. A busy athlete like yourself knows that time is of the essense! Let's make the most of it!

  • Training will be begin after completion of your Client Info Sheet.

  • First Month: $250 (Includes Personalized Playbook to log your food and workouts!)

  • Every Month After: $175

Small Group Training
  • Everything that is included in One-On-One Personal Training but you can share your journey with one other person! So, grab a buddy!

  • Individual emails required for personalized food logs and weekly check-ins.

  • Individual Client Info sheets so we can determine proper starting points for each person.

  • First Month: $200/person (Includes Personalized Playbook to log your food and workouts!)

  • Every Month After: $125/person

Sport Specific Training
  • Everything that is included in the One-On-One Personal Training but you have a strict deadline! Athletic events have a set date and you need to be ready!

  • Depending on your event, you will need at least 3-4 months to train successfully (depending on your starting point).

  • Tailored training and nutrition schedule to match your life!

  • Training will begin after completion of Client Info Sheet.

  • First Month: $225 (Includes Personalized Playbook to log your food and workouts!)

  • Every Month After: $150
